    Pork: Marinated Ham Steaks

    1 1/2 C pineapple juice
    1/4 C packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp butter, melted
    1-2 Tbsp ground mustard
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/4 tsp paprika
    2 fully cooked ham steaks (1 lb each)

    Recipe



    In a large resealable plastic bag or shallow glass container,
    combine the first six ingredients; mix well. Add ham and turn
    to coat. Seal or cover; refrigerate for at least 2 hours,
    turning occasionally. Drain and reserve marinade. Grill ham,
    uncovered, over meium-hot heat for 3-4 minutes on each side,
    basting frequently with reserved marinade. (6 servings)

    You may be wondering why you reserve this marinade and toss the
    others. This is because the ham is fully cooked and in the
    others the meat is raw.
