4 -5 MEDIUM POTATOES WASHED AND CUT INTO 1/2 -1 INCH CHUNKS
1 1/2 -2 MEDIUM ONIONS, CUT INTO1/2-1 INCH CHUNKS
FLOUR
2-4 EGGS
BLACK GROUND PEPPER TO TASTE
OIL FOR FRYING
Recipe
In a blender put half the onions and potatoes,liquify for a few seconds. Pour into colander and then quickly into a bowl. Do not leave in colander too long or potato mixture will drain out.
Add flour , pepper,and eggs, just enough to bind mixtue: and meanwhile oil should be heating. Spoon into hot oil and flatten. Fry until golden brown, turning pancake once. Drain on paper towel, Serve.
