Poultry: Chicken Biscuit Pot Pie

1 2/3 cups frozen mixed vegetables -- thawed
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken -- cubed
10 3/4 ounces cream of chicken soup, condensed
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1 cup Bisquick® baking mix
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
Recipe
In a bowl, combine vegetables,chicken, soup and thyme. Pour into an
ungreased deep-dish 9-inch pie plate. Combine Bisquick, milk and egg;
pour over chicken mixture. Bake at 400 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes
or until golden brown. Serves 6. (54 cents per serving).
