    Seafood: Company Creamed Tuna

    List of Ingredients




    2 tablespoons onion -- finely chopped
    3 tablespoons butter
    3 tablespoons flour
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 1/4 cups 2% low-fat milk
    1/2 cup light sour cream
    1 can tuna in water -- 7 ounce can
    3 tablespoons dry white wine
    2 tablespoons parsley -- snipped
    4 toast slices

    Recipe



    1.Cook onion in butter till tender but not browned

    2.Blend in flour,salt and dash pepper.

    3.Add milk all at once, cook quickly, stirring constantly until
    mixture thickens and bubbles.

    4.Stir in sour cream, add tuna (drained), wine and parsley. Heat
    through.

    5.Sprinkle with toasted almonds.

    6.Serve in pastry shells or over hot buttered toast.

    7.Froze in a freezer bag.
