6 med potatoes
1/2 C butter, softened
1 envelope onion soup mix
Recipe
Scrub potatoes, do not peel. Cut each in 3-4 slices lengthwise.
Spread with mixture of butter and soup mix. Reassemble potatoes
and wrap each in heavy-duty foil. sealing tightly. Place on
grill over low heat. Cook for 45-60 minutes or until tender,
turning occasionally. (6 servings)
You can make these ahead of time and refrigerate. Have them
wrapped in foil and place directly on the grill when you are
ready.
