List of Ingredients
1 pint [2 cups] chicken broth
1 pint water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch mixed with 1/4 c. water
1 egg
1 tsp. chopped scallions or green onion tops optional Recipe
Dilute chicken broth water. Beat egg.
Bring the diluted broth to boil; add cornstarch mixture
slowly
to thicken. Turn off heat; slowly stir in beaten egg.
Garnish
with scallions or green onion tops serve.
