    List of Ingredients




    1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. BLM
    1 egg, beaten
    2 tbsp. butter, melted
    2 tbsp. sugar
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese

    Recipe



    Mix all but cheese. Pour half into greased baking dish.
    Slice cheese and cover mixture. Pour rest of corn
    mixture over cheese. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 400
    degrees.
