Whole Wheat Tortillas

List of Ingredients
4 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. warm water
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
1/4 c. cooking oil
Recipe
Knead 5 minutes. Dough should be very stiff. Let stand
10 minutes. Shape into 18 balls and let stand 10 minutes more.
Roll very thin on cutting board to form 6-inch circles. Dough
should feel dry to touch, not sticky. Bake on a lightly
greased griddle. Dry on paper towel. Use as you would corn
tortillas.
