Grilled Potatoes and Onions

List of Ingredients
4 potatoes, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 C butter
Recipe
Measure out 2-3 sheets of aluminum foil large enough to easily
wrap the vegetables, layer one on top of the other. Place
potatoes and onion in the conter and sprinkle with salk and
pepper and dot with butter. Wrap into a flattened square, and
seal edges. Place over medium heat. Cook approximately 30
minutes, turning once.
