Pizza on the Grill

List of Ingredients
1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
3/4 cup warm water (110 degrees)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil
Pizza toppings of your choosing
Recipe
Add yeast to the warm water and allow to sit for five minutes. You should see bubbles as the yeast becomes active. In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar and oil. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and place the yeast and water in it. Mix thoroughly until the dough's consistency is like an elastic ball. Place dough in a warm, dry place and let it rise for 1 1/2 hours.
Punch the dough to allow it to deflate. Split the dough into two halves. Roll out one of the dough halves on a floured surface. Spray the grill with nonstick cooking spray and heat to medium-high heat.
Place the dough on the grill for about 5 minutes. Then, flip the dough over to the other side and quickly add your toppings. Shut the grill and allow to "bake" until cheese is melted.
Repeat with the second piece of dough.
