Christmas: Christmas Butter Mints

List of Ingredients
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tsp. flavoring (or a couple
drops oil)
3 Tbsp. sweetened condensed
milk
1 lb. confectioners sugar
food coloring of your choice
Recipe
Blend butter, condensed milk and flavoring. Gradually
add powdered sugar until mixture becomes stiff. Add coloring a
little at a time until desired color. Form small balls, roll
in granulated sugar; press into rubber molds. Unmold at once.
Makes approximately 75 mints.
Hint: Don't fill molds too full. If mixture is too
stiff, add more butter or milk. If not stiff enough, add extra
powdered sugar.
