Blueberry Muffins

List of Ingredients
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup white flour
3/4 cup splenda sweetener
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup fat free sugar free yogurt (any flavor)
2/3 cup water
3/4 cup blueberries
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400 F. Mix all dry ingredients.
Add water and yogurt . Blend well.
Add blueberries, mix slowly (blue goop isn't always visually appealing! lol)
Line muffin tray with paper cups, or can use a cooking spray if you wish.
Bake for approximately 18 minutes.
