1 small potato -- thinly sliced
1 medium carrot -- sliced
8 ounces canned peas -- drained
1 small onion -- chopped
1 stalk celery -- sliced
dash Salt and pepper -- to taste
1/2 pound ground beef, 95% lean -- browned and drained
8 ounces tomato sauce
Recipe
Place layers of vegetables in CROCK*ETTE in order given.
Season each layer with salt and pepper.
Place ground beef on top.
Pour tomato sauce over all.
Cover and cook 8 to 12 hours.
