1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 3/4 cups Reduced fat BisquickÆ
3/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon margarine melted
1 egg
Recipe
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease 9-inch round cake pan. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon for topping. Stir remaining ingredients together to make cake batter. Spread into pan and sprinkle topping over all. Bake for 18 to 23 minutes, or until done. Serves 6 at 234 calories per serving.
