1 small potato -- sliced
1 carrot -- peeled and sliced
1 small onion -- sliced
salt and pepper
1 pound beef roast
Kitchen bouquet (gravy coloring) -- optional
2 tablespoons water
Recipe
Place vegetables in bottom of Crock-ette.
Salt and pepper meat, then place in pot Brush with Kitchen Bouquet, if
desired.
Add water. Cover and cook 10-12 hours.
