    4 ounces sliced mushrooms -- drained well
    1/2 cup raw converted rice
    2 tablespoons butter or margarine
    1/3 cup onion -- finely chopped
    salt and pepper -- to taste

    Put all ingredients in CROCK*ETTE. Cover and cook 6-8 hours.
