1/2 pound Ground Beef 4% Fat
1 small onion -- finely chopped
1/3 cup green bell pepper -- chopped
8 ounces tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
dash Salt -- to taste
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup Long grain white rice, raw
Recipe
Brown beef in skillet and drain fat.
Place all ingredients in CROCK*ETTE.
Stir throughly.
Cover and cook 8 to 12 hours.
