1 cup water
1/2 cup Brown Rice, uncooked
1/3 cup onion -- chopped
1/3 cup green bell pepper -- chopped
3/4 cup processed American cheese -- with jalapeno pepper
1 medium tomato -- chopped
dash salt and pepper -- to your liking
Recipe
Combine water, brown rice, onion and green pepper in greased CROCK*ETTE.
Cover and cook 4-5 hours.
Stir in cheese and tomato 1 hour before serving.
