6 cup Unbleached Flour
4 tsp Salt
1 cn (8 oz) Unsweetened Cocoa
4 tsp Baking Powder
8 cup Sugar
2 cup Vegetable Shortening
Recipe
1 Sift together all dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Using a pastry blender, cut in shortening until evenly distrubuted. Put in a large airtight container and label as Brownie Mix. Store in a cool, dry place and use within 10 to 12 weeks.
2 Makes about 17 cups of mix.
