Buttermilk Pancake and Waffle Mix

List of Ingredients
2 c. dry buttermilk
8 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
8 tsp. baking powder
4 tsp. baking soda
Recipe
Mix completely; store in 12 cup container with a tight- fitting lid. Use within 6 months.
Buttermilk Pancakes:
1 beaten egg
2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. mix Combine all ingredients; let stand 5 minutes. Fry on greased griddle.
Waffles:
2 1/2 c. mix
2 c. water
3 egg yolks
4 Tbsp. oil Combine all ingredients; beat with wire whisk. In medium bowl, beat egg whites until stiff; fold into mix. Bake according to waffle baker instructions.
