1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt

Mix ingredients thoroughly. Store in tightly covered container in
refrigerator. Use within 3 months.

1/2 cup Pudding Mix -- (see recipe)
1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 tablespoon sugar
3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon margarine
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Stir mix, cocoa, and sugar together in saucepan. Add water and mix well. Cook
over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture just begins to boil,
about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in margarine and vanilla. Pour pudding
into bowl. Place wax paper directly on surface of pudding.
