Seasoned Rice Mix

List of Ingredients
3 cups uncooked long grain rice
1/4 cup dried parsley flakes
2 tablespoons chicken bullion granules
2 teaspoons onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
Recipe
Stir together all ingredients. Place 1 cup mixture in to each of
3 air tight containers. Store in a cool dry place.
Makes 3 cups.
Directions for use:
Bring 2 cups water and 1 tablespoon butter or margarine to a boil
in a saucepan. Stir in 1 cup rice mix. Cover, reduce heat and simmer
20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Makes 4 servings.
