    1 lb ground beef
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c heavy cream (or half n half)
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c cheese (monterrey jack, cheddar, etc)
    1 jar mushrooms, optional
    3 eggs

    Recipe



    Cook meat with onion. Drain. Add cream, salt, pepper, eggs
    (beaten), cheese. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Serve with salad.
