1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 (4 to 5 pound) round roast
3 tbs. vegetable oil
1 (10 oz.) bottle Coke
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
2 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. hot sauce
Recipe
Combine salt, pepper and garlic sale; rub over surface of meat. Brown roast on all sides in vegetable oil in a Dutch oven. Drain off drippings, combine remaining ingredients, pour over roast. Cover and bake at 325°F for 3 hours or until tender. Yields about 8 to 10
