    List of Ingredients




    4 pounds Brisket corned beef
    1 can Onion soup
    4 Whole peppercorns
    1 medium Clove garlic -- minced
    1 Bay leaf
    1/4 teaspoon Rosemary -- crushed
    6 medium Carrots -- cut in 1" pieces
    6 medium Potatoes -- quartered
    1/2 cup Celery cut in 1" pieces
    1 medium Green cabbage -- wedged
    3 tablespoons Water
    3 tablespoons Flour

    Recipe



    Rinse corned beef; place in large heavy pan. Add soup and seasonings;
    cover; cok over low heat for 3-1/2 hours. Add carrots, potatoes and
    celery;
    place cabbage on top, cover. Cook about 1 hour or until everything is
    tender.
    Remove meat, vegetables and bay leaf. Gradually blend water into
    flour unti
    l smooth. Slowly stir into sauce. Cook, stir until thickened.
