    4 swiss steak patties
    1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
    Milk (optional)
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Brown steak in skillet. Add cream of mushroom soup, salt, pepper and milk*. Heat through and until juices run clear from steaks. Serve with vegetables and rice or mashed potatoes. Put gravy over the rice or mashed potatoes for extra flavor.
    * I add milk to make it a little bit more creamy. My mother made this and it was a family favorite then as it is now.
