    2 cups water
    1/3 cup (80%) alcohol - rubbing alcohol, vodka, etc
    zipper-top plastic bag

    Recipe



    Combine water and alcohol in a zipper top bag. Seal top
    and freeze. The alcohol keeps it from freezing solid and
    creates a gel-like ice pack.
