    Liquid Soap

    Source of Recipe

    unknown

    List of Ingredients

About 1 cup dry soap pieces (broken or cut into small pieces no bigger
than 1 inch and be sure the soap pieces are completely dry.)
1 or 2 cups VERY hot water (more or less as needed)
Scented oil and food coloring (optional)
    Pump bottle
    Blender or food prcessor

    Recipe

Blend the soap pieces until they become a lumpy powder. In a
non-aluminum pot, mix this soap powder and about 1 1/2 cups hot water.
Bring to boil. Simer for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. (add
coloring and scent at this time, if desired) If necessary, add more
water while stirring. Continue to stir the soap as you remove it from
the heat and while it cools. If the mixture thickens too much, add
more water in tiny increments. The final mixture should be the
consistency of a very liquid milkshake. Pour the cooled liquid soap
    into your pump bottle.
