    2 cups vinegar
    2 cups Baking soda
    4 cups water

    Recipe



    Mix slowly and carefully over a sink. The soda and vinegar will
    "fizz," so don't be alramed. Pour into a plastic bottle, close
    up and shake. Pour into your final rinse, softener dispenser or
    "Downy Ball."
