List of Ingredients
2 lbs Ground Meat (beef, turkey)
1 can 15 oz tomato sauce
1 pkg Saltine Crackers
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Sage
1 tsp Parsley
1/4 tsp Rosemary
2 tsp Garlic
2 Tbsp Dried Onion
Dash Pepper
Recipe
Bake at 325 for 1 hour, lower to 300 if crust forms after 15 minutes.
OR
Put 1/3 c in each muffin tin, bake 375 for 20-25 minutes or until 160
degrees on meat thermometer.
Cool, then freeze on lightly greased cookie sheets. Once frozen, put
into ziplocks
Thaw in fridge, place in greased baking dish at 350 for 30 min, OR
cover and nuke on high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
