    List of Ingredients




    l boneless chuck roast (4-5lbs) cut in 3/4" cubes
    2 medium onions chopped
    4 cloves minced
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 1/2 cups water
    l teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper

    Recipe



    Put all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low 8-10 hours.
    Cool. Divide beef and cooking liquid between three containers; cover and freeze. Makes three portions.
