    Chicken: Creamy Chicken Spaghetti

    List of Ingredients

    12 oz spaghetti
    1 1/2 lbs boned and skinned chicken breast halves
    1 1/2 cups chopped onion
    1 clove garlic -- chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 cups velveeta -- diced

    Recipe

    1 Assembly and Freezing Directions: Dice chicken into cubes and cook in small amount of water until no longer pink in the center. Cook spaghetti. In a large bowl combine chicken and all ingredients except cheese; add in spaghetti and thoroughly mix. Place in contain (freezer bag) and freeze.
    2 Cooking Directions:To prepare for serving, thaw. Add Velveeta cheese. Place into a casserole dish (covered) and cook at 350º for 40 minutes.
    3 NOTES : My notes: I made a double batch and then after seeing how much it made I divided it into three meals; 3 ounces of pasta plus the other stuff is a lot of food! I added more garlic, too. I also undercooked the spaghetti noodles just a tad.
