    Chicken: Crispy Fried Chicken

    List of Ingredients

    46 pieces two bags of tenderloins
    4 cups of corn flour or instant potato flakes we really like the potato
    flakes.
    2 tsp garlic salt
    1 tsp pepper
    4 eggs
    1/4 cup water

    Recipe

    1 Combine flour or flakes with spices. Mix altogether. Combine eggs and water.
    2 Dip chicken tenders in egg mixture then in the flake mixture.
    3 Fry in a frying pan filled with 1/2 inch of oil.


    Yield: 46 pieces
