1 1/2 # hamburger
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 Tbs prepared mustard
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp salt
3 Tbs brown sugar
3/4 cup catsup
Recipe
1 Brown and drain: 1 1/2 # hamburger 1/2 c. chopped onion Add: 2
2 T. prepared mustard 1 t. white vinegar 1 t. salt 3 T. brown sugar 3/4
3 c. catsup Simmer for 1/2 hr. Serve on buttered buns. This recipe is
4 easily doubled or tripled. I make a big batch and then freeze in small 1 #
5 margarine tubs or pint freezer bags. Easy to thaw and reheat in the microwave.
