Fish: Chicken of the Sea Shells

List of Ingredients
3 cups shell pasta -- uncooked
8 ounces cheddar cheese -- shredded
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese -- grated
1/2 cup 2% low-fat milk
12 ounces tuna in water -- drained
Recipe
Cook shell past according to package direction; drain and set aside.
Stir cheddar and Parmesan cheese into milk in saucepan. Cook over
medium heat until cheese is melted. Stir in pasta and tuna.
Sometimes I add finely chopped onion to this as well.
I bake this at 350 for 30 minutes or until it gets bubbly. Sometimes
I put parmesan on top, sometimes crushed Ritz crackers.
FREEZING: Once it is mixed, before it is baked, I put it into ziplock
bags and freeze. To reheat, I thaw and then put it in a baking dish
and bake it.
