Beef: Grilled Marinated Steak

List of Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak -- cut in three pieces
3 Tbs red wine vinegar
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs salad oil
2 garlic cloves -- crushed
1 freezer bag -- gallon



Recipe

1 Cut steak into three pieces and place in freezer bag. Combine marinade ingredients and add to bag with meat; freeze.
2 To prepare: thaw steak in bag with marinade. Barbecue or grill under oven broiler until medium rare.
3 Warning! Do NOT reuse or serve marinade!
