Breakfast: Oven French Toast

6 large eggs
3/4 cups milk
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey
6 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp. allspice
8 slices bread -- (8 to 10)
Recipe
Combine first 8 ingredients. Blend well with fork. Cut bread slices into
quarters. Dip quarters into mixture coating thoroughly then put on a cookie
sheet that has been sprayed with vegetable oil cooking spray.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake French bread 10 minutes. Turn bread over
and continue baking until just golden, about 5 minutes longer. Transfer
cooked toast to plates.
These are sweet upon reheating and no need for extra sweetening. Then I
flash freeze and put in a freezer bag. To reheat you can pop in the toaster,
toaster oven, or microwave.
