    Chicken: Parsley Parmesan Chicken

    List of Ingredients

    1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
    3 lbs frying chicken -- fresh
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese -- grated
    1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbs dried parsley
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 freezer bag gallon
    1 freezer bag pint

    Recipe

    1 Pour chicken parts and salad dressing into a freezer bag. Combine the Parmesan cheese, dry bread crumbs, parsley flakes, paprika, salt and pepper and pour into a pint-sized freezer bag. Attach to the bag of chicken or put both bags into a larger freezer bag.
    2 To serve, thaw both bags. Roll chicken one piece at a time in the crumbs, or shake in a bag, then place chicken in a greased 9x13 pan. Spoon excess dressing over the chicken. Bake at 350 for an hour.
