Pork: Choppy Rice Bake

List of Ingredients
3/4 Cup Rice -- uncooked
29 Ounce Tomatoes -- canned
1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Black Pepper
6 Pork Chops 1/2 inch thick -- fat trimmed
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese -- shredded
6 Slice Onion thin slices
Recipe
Assembly and Freezing Directions: Place rice, tomatoes, chili powder,
salt and black pepper in a freezer bag or container. Mix well. Remove
excess air from bags and seal. Freeze chops in a separate container
with double thicknesses of waxed paper or plastic wrap between slices.
Freeze cheese in a small freezer bag or container. Cooking Directions:
To serve, thaw all bags. Place rice mixture in bottom of 9x13 pan.
Arrange chops over top of rice in a single layer. Top each with the
optional onion slices. Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at
325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours, then top with cheese and heat until
cheese is melted. Serves 6. Containers
