Pork: Ham and Swiss Pastry Bake

List of Ingredients
2 c cooked cubed ham
1 c swiss cheese
2tbls minced onion
1 tsp dry mustard (I use a big squirt of liquid mustard)
1 tbls lemon juice
1/3 c light mayo
1 9 inch deep dish pie shell.
Recipe
Mix everything but the pie shell, dump into pie shell and bake 375 for 25-30
min.
You can also freeze everything in a baggie except the mayo. And just
slightly thaw, add mayo to the bag and sort of squish around and dump into
pie pan and bake.....
