    2 packages southern style hash browns, Oreida
    16 fluid ounces sour cream
    2 cans cream of chix soup (or cream of whatever)
    2 small onion diced
    2 cups sharp cheddar, shredded

    Recipe



    1. Mix soup, and sour cream together. Sometimes I mix in 1/2
    stick melted butter to this as well. I make sure all lumps are gone

    2. Mix in potatoes, cheese and onions. Layer in buttered or
    greased casserole dish. Mix crushed cornflakes and melted
    butter/margarine for topping.

    3. Sprinkle the cornflakes on top. Bake at 350 for 45 min to 1
    hour until golden

    4. To Freeze: Freeze before baking.
