    List of Ingredients




    10 ounces dry pasta shells -- rigatoni, bow ties, etc
    3/4 pound Roma tomatoes -- seeded and chopped
    1/2 pound fresh green beans -- sliced and blanched
    1 cup Italian dressing
    6 ounces can black olives -- sliced in half
    1/2 pound provolone cheese -- cubed
    4 ounces can whole button mushrooms -- drained
    seasonings: basil, thyme, salt and pepper
    parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente. Rinse and drain. In large
    bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, beans, olives, cheese and mushrooms. Blend
    in your favorite Italian dressing and season to taste. Cover and chill.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese upon serving
