Broccoli Linguine

1 bunch broccoli, cut into florettes
1 package fresh linguine (9 oz)
1 cup sour cream
1 egg yolk
1/4 t. freshly ground pepper
1/2 t. thyme
1 t. oregano
1/2 cup grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
2 T. butter
Recipe
Prepare broccoli. Cook linguine according to package directions, along with
broccoli florettes, while they cook, combine next 5 ingredients. Place drained
linguine and broccoli in a large bowl and toss with cheese and butter. Combine
with sour cream mixture and serve. Note: Dry pasta may be substituted for the
fresh in this recipe. Use capellini, vermicelli, or any other spaghetti.
