Broccoli and Noodles Supreme

3 cups uncooked medium egg noodles
2 cups fresh OR frozen broccoli flowerets
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Cream of Chicken OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
Recipe
COOK noodles according to pkg. directions. Add broccoli for last 5 min. of cooking time. Drain.
MIX soup, sour cream, cheese, pepper and noodle mixture in same saucepan. Heat through. Serves 5.
This hearty vegetarian dish is great on its own—paired with a lettuce and shredded carrot salad and some dinner rolls. Or serve it alongside deli fried chicken. Pick up some cupcakes at the bakery for dessert.
