Chicken Vegetable Linguine

1 cup mushrooms
2 Tbsps butter
1 cup cooked chicken, cut into strips
29 ozs cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup milk
1 cup peas
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp pepper
4 cups cooked linguine
Recipe
1. In a 4-quart saucepan over medium heat, cook mushrooms and chicken in butter until mushrooms are tender and most of the liquid is evaporated, stirring often.
2. Add remaining ingredients. Heat through, stirring often. Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
