Recipe Introduction
Serve a heaping portion of this rich pasta delight along with some garlic bread and a vegetable, and your tastebuds will take a trip to "Italy".
List of Ingredients
- 4 ozs cream cheese, cut up
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups half and half
- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 16 ozs fettuccine noodles
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, combine cream cheese, butter, and half and half.
- Cook and stir over medium heat until smooth.
- Stir in parmesan cheese and pepper and cook and stir until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
- Toss pasta lightly with sauce; coating well. Serve immediately.
