Recipe Introduction


Serve a heaping portion of this rich pasta delight along with some garlic bread and a vegetable, and your tastebuds will take a trip to "Italy".





List of Ingredients



• 4 ozs cream cheese, cut up
  
• 1 cup butter
  
• 2 cups half and half
  
• 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  
• 1/2 tsp pepper
  
• 16 ozs fettuccine noodles
  






Instructions



1. In a large saucepan, combine cream cheese, butter, and half and half.
   
2. Cook and stir over medium heat until smooth.
   
3. Stir in parmesan cheese and pepper and cook and stir until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
   
4. Toss pasta lightly with sauce; coating well. Serve immediately.
