    List of Ingredients




    4 lg. eggs
    2 Tbls. milk
    3 ½ cups of freshly ground flour (I sometimes use Durum and sometimes white)

    Recipe



    Mix well and then knead thoroughly. You know it is ready when the dough springs back when you dent it. Let is sit under a damp towel for 15 mins. Then you can roll it out and cut your noodles or put it through a pasta machine. Cook for about 7 mins. in boiling water.
