    This is a great homemade noodle that you don't have to let dry. You can
    use it right away.

    List of Ingredients




    3 Eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick of butter (Melted)
    Enough flour to make dough. (maybe 3 - 3 1/2 cups?)
    Directions

    Recipe



    Beat eggs, salt, and melted butter together. Add enough flour to make
    dough. Cut and cook using hot broth.
    Note: I never measure my flour, I just keep adding and kneading until it
    is the right consistancy. Sprinkle additional flour on your work area
    and rolling pin as needed.

    Serving Suggestions
    This is great for chicken and noodles, beef and noodles and homemade
    soups.
