Jumbo Shells stuffed with Cheese

List of Ingredients
12 ounces jumbo shells
2 eggs, beaten
4 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil, or 1 t. dried basil, crumbled
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
3 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce of your choice
Recipe
Cook shells according to package directions. Set aside. Combine eggs with
ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, 1 cup Parmesan cheese and seasonings. Fill
each shell with about two rounded tablespoons of cheese mixture. Preheat oven to
350. Arrange shells in a single layer in a 9 x 13" baking dish. Spoon
spaghetti sauce over shells and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake 30
minutes. Serves 8
Note: Most pasta package directions tend to overcook pasta.
