    Recipe Introduction

    When you're not in the mood for Spaghetti or Fettucine Alfredo, turn to this delicious pasta alternative. The Parmesan and bacon blend nicely together in this classic pasta dish. Now, I am aware of the dangers of eating raw eggs, but I heat mine enough to "cook" the eggs until I feel they're safe.

    List of Ingredients

    12 ounces linguine
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1/4 cup milk
    3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    4 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
    1 tbsp. chopped parsley, optional
    1/2 tsp. pepper


    Recipe

    1. Cook linguine accoring to package directions. Drain, do not rinse.

    2. Return pasta to pan; toss with eggs, butter and milk. Add remaining ingredients; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired. Yield: 4 servings.
